In most cases, no refund will be granted once the payment is done. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:

• Multiple payments for the same services.
• A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the confirmation due to a connection failure.
• Transaction fees charged would not be refunded or reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.
• If a course is canceled by us for any reason, a refund may be provided at our discretion.
• In exceptional cases, refunds may be provided upon receiving a written request from the user, subject to review and approval.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official email address provided on our website.
• All cancellations are subject to review and approval. The decision to accept a cancellation request lies solely with the management.
• If a service or course has already commenced, cancellations will not be entertained.
• Cancellations made before the start of the service or course may be subject to administrative charges.
• Refunds, if applicable due to cancellation, will be processed as per the Refund Policy outlined above.
