In most cases, no refund will be granted once the payment is done. However, exceptions may be made
based on the following circumstances:
- Multiple payments for the same services.
- A candidate paid the fee online but did not get the confirmation due to a connection failure.
- Transaction fees charged would not be refunded or reversed for any refund or reversal of any
transaction.
- If a course is canceled by us for any reason, a refund may be provided at our discretion.
- In exceptional cases, refunds may be provided upon receiving a written request from the user,
subject to review and approval.
